a. Full Refunds:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

b. Partial Refunds:

Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.

c. No Refunds:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.
